I have a burnt 3 leg component which is burnt. The component is 'SEC SSP35N03'. Can anyone please tell me what it is. This is soldered in a power supply for a PC. Also if I won't find the same component is there any replacement for it? Thanks.

I'm fairly sure that the SSP35N03 is a 35A 30V N-Channel MOSFET. I'm looking now to see if I have a datasheet for it... :)

OK -- I don't have the SSP35N03 datasheet. If I recall correctly, it was a PWM-optimized Fairchild product back before National spun off that division, but I'm not 100% positive. Perhaps someone else can verify that for you.

**broken link removed** is a datasheet for a currently available device that should be a suitable replacement for yours. Be sure to determine why yours failed... :)
