cx080 /M5142p = CX080C /M5145P ?

I trying to find out if a CX080C / M5145P ( both numbers are on the IC )will sub a CX080 /M5142P ( both numbers on the IC ).
I have earch the web including Sony obsolete list, Also sent them a request for data sheets but no help.
The CX080 is used in a Sony KV9000 and I have a CX080C new.
Thanks.
