Custom web pages with v3.75 stack

I am trying to create my own webpages. I am using v3.75 modified stack.

How do I use the GET commands correctly.(or any other commans needed) Has anyone got some examples of how to link data on the web page to actual IO on the PIC?

I'm new to this area of HTML and the PIC.
