countdown timer with alarm

Hello, can anyone help me out with a circuit I need? Basically I need a 1.5 second countdown timer with a power output. I want to push a button and then 1.5 seconds later a current will run to a small led or flashlight bulb. I need it to be as small as possible and the voltage need only be enough to run the timer and the output should be about 2 volts or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
