Sorry For Making Another Post But
How Much Is The Cortex-R4 Processor

Digi-key lists them as $49.96 per piece (LQFP) and $72.27 per piece (BGA), both as non-stock and packed as a "tray" - I am not sure if the "per piece" price is the price of a tray, or the price of each in a tray...

It says pretty clearly in the table that it's the unit price (ie. per part)
