sorry no scmematic becuse it would take ages to draw (quite complicated)
but basicly its

555 timer
4017 in night rider pattern
4017 in normal 10 part counter
4029 in bcd mode


hopeing to add a severn segment led with 4511 but i ran out of room on my breadbord
