I’m trying to control an LED using a 4-pin push button with a 10 kΩ pull-up resistor. I expected the LED to turn on when pressed and off when released, but it doesn’t behave as expected. The LED lights fine when connected directly to 5 V. I tested the button with a multimeter: two pins on one side have continuity, two pins on the other side have continuity,The breadboard power supply is working fine, and although the supply wires are not shown in the image, both sides of the breadboard are powered. I don’t know what’s causing the problem.
