I have made myself a simple generator as an experiment. I have 6 coils of 30swg enammeled copper wire (200 turns each) and 40 small neodymium magnets (10mm x 3mm 20 postions stacked in 2's).
What would be the best way of connecting the wires (6 pos and 6 negs)? and.....
Positioning the magnets? (in terms of poles) should they all be facing the same way?
