Condenser microphone internal wiring question.

Hello all,

I have a condenser microphone that has been broken by a client.

My colleague has taken it apart but unfortunately cannot remember how the wires were soldered (1 had come loose, which I'm hoping was the reason it wasn't working)

In the attached photo you can see that there are 5 wires:
2 coming from the TRS jack at the end of the cable,
1 black one which is attached to the negative battery terminal,
1 red wire which looks like it is attached to the positive battery terminal
1 mystery white wire which comes from somewhere in the end of the microphone (which does not come apart)

Basically I need to know in which order I solder the wires onto the 3 terminals on that little plate that you can see below the mic.

Any input appreciated!

Thanks!
