Compressor relay replacement

I am trying to find a replacement start relay for a dehumidifer compressor. The existing one is rattling.

The compressor is a Tecumseh AZ0411YS.

LRA: 12.4
FLA: 1.48

The existing compressor relay is a Compela RP 3715.

There is a separate thermal overload disc.

Can I replace the start relay and overload disc with a single unit?

It looks like a lot of their general units are fitted with thermistor style starters now; there is a general service manual here giving details:

It says that for fast-cycling units, where a thermistor could not cool quickly enough for the next start cycle, it has to stay as a relay.
Any start relay for a similar size compressor and the same supply voltage should work OK.

Likewise with the overload, as long as it's the same ratings and will fit (if it's a thermal cutout) it should be OK.
