H happyfpga New Member Jul 6, 2009 #1 Hello everyone, Anyone can help me to identify a component? The marking code is "PAXI" or "PAX1", not sure the last letter is 1 or I. It is SOT23-5 package. I think it is a transistor, but can not find out what it exactly is. Any help are appreciated, thanks a lot.
