Components-help needed

Which component?.

All the components/parts that you can see on the board. I need to make the same thing.

Well the picture seems to have vanished?, but as I recall, there was an opto-coupler, a slide switch, two sockets, and two resistors.

The only issue might be locating the same slide switch, and perhaps the same jack socket. The opto-coupler and resistors are standard parts.

Optocouplers will work if the load R pullup is raised to be 10x the drive Rs when used at the same voltage.
this may increase risetime due to load capacitance and more details are needed.
