Component tracks and pins are empty in proteus 8 (void)

The error starts suddenly, out of nowhere, in this case after I undid a track by pressing the undo button. The error is that the tracks become less clear and opaque. When you hover over them, the word "void" appears inside them. Also at the bottom, when the mouse is over them, the phrase "deleted trace" appears. When doing the same with the components, hovering over the pins, the phrase "deleted component pin" appears. I don't know if it has something to do with it, but I also can't export from Isis to Ares. I've looked for help on the internet, I even built another PC, but so far I haven't had any success.
One last detail: adding new parts and creating new tracks, as long as they don't touch the old ones, the project continues normally, affecting only the part that gave the error. If I try to connect any component or track to the ones that gave the error, the error passes to the new tracks and components, as shown in the video and image:

I had an issue a while back where tracks were named "void" To get rid of this you will need to do a rats nest.

Ie.. pin to pin this gives the path a name. If all the paths are void then you CANNOT have a power plane.

I also have no issue creating a PCB from a schematic.. The trick here is to make sure your device has the correct footprint associated in Isis or Ares will throw its dummy.

Pick rats nest from the left and join the pins toether first, then when you create the path the rats nest wire will disappear and the path will look okay.
 
Hello Ian Rogers, thank you very much for your reply. Apparently there is no explanation or solution for the error, how to create rats' nests in tracks of almost finished projects? I remember that this error caught me by surprise, in some cases almost finishing the project. In the solution you presented to me, I have something better, using proteus 7.7
 
You can assign a rats nest in Ares.. You don't need Isis click on the rats nest icon
then draw the pin to pin information then the paths..

Hello again Ian, it is not possible to use it on the pins and tracks that have the error. I think maybe I didn't understand, I want to recover the layout with the error, if I have to make a new one, I use Ares 7.7, which has never given me problems.
 
I cant even help you to do it... I'm on 8.17 and so will not work on yours if I modify it.

You need to delete the track first, then apply a rats nest to the pins only then it will work.

Imagine that Ares has allocated the track and you are trying to make it do something else.
You'll need to delete each track first. Once pinned out it will go fine. If you did send it, I could do a video and let you do it on "Ye olde" 7.7 version.
 
Hello again, look at the image I sent you, Ian. It's not just the tracks, the component pins also have the error. I deleted the tracks but I can't connect the tracks through the rat's nest. What you're proposing is to practically redo the circuit again. In the image I sent you, there are only a few components and the error has already occurred. Imagine a circuit with hundreds of parts that is almost finished? What I said is that if I have to start over from scratch, it's better to use a more reliable version, which is what I'm doing. If it's not possible to fix this problem and, worse, if, in order to manually make a PCB, I have to first connect the components through the rat's nest, it's better to go back to the less complicated versions of Ares. These engineers definitely make our lives difficult instead of helping us, complicating things that don't need to be changed. Why didn't they put scroll bars, for example, to make it easier to navigate the project instead of making this requirement?
 
Trouble is... Ares isn't backwards compatible. So if you try and open in version 6 it wont be able to.

The scroll bars do not bother me as you can scroll with the little window zoom in then pan using the mouse in the window in the tool menu.

If the device is ghosted, then there is a conflict. If you have just inserted a PDIP from the list of components Ares cannot enumerate it. As I said I have had the same problems before as version 7 and 8 both need a bit more care when updating components. What you have done is you broke the design rules. Without the drawing I cannot see where its gone wrong.

I take it you cannot ask on the Labcenter forums? Are you running a legit copy of ver 7?
 
Yes, I know that previous versions do not open files from later versions. Don't the scroll bars bother you? The lack of them bothers me. It would also be an improvement and not something worse, like the defects I mentioned, where I have to add others, but I would have to take a screenshot to show it.
Ghost effect, is that the name?
As you can see in the image, I had barely started to draw the PCB and the error appeared.
About the versions being original, I believe so, because I downloaded them directly from the Labcenter website, demo versions, both 8.17 and 9, as for version 7.7, I'll see if I can find it, if there is still one.
If I insert a "Pdip, Ares cannot enumerate it", Ares is not able to do a large number of things.
I worked with Ares for many years, if I'm not mistaken since the 1990s, when they started. The problems started with version 8.17, at least that's the one I downloaded from the Labcenter website. Today, to make a PCB with Proteus, you have to go to college and take a course at NASA. They create a lot of obstacles to doing simple things that were easy to do in previous versions.
In short, with each version, instead of getting better, it gets worse. I also tried to get answers on the Labcenter forum itself. After countless attempts, I managed to get in, but I couldn't post my questions. Finally, I am choosing Proteus 8 as the worst program in the electronics area, and Labcenter as the worst company in the sector. There are many problems with their products and the worst thing is that they cannot be solved. We cannot even talk to them. The only advantage they had was the creation of PCBs, which is almost impossible to do. I will go back to my old Ares 7.7 to make PCBs and to Multisim for simulation. If Labcenter's intention was to complicate a program as simple and easy to use as Ares and thus lose users, congratulations, they succeeded.
I honestly don't see a future in this conversation. I see that the only one who had the dignity to respond, which was you, is not able to give me any real answer to what I need, which is to solve this problem. You are just trying to justify them, telling me to adopt certain procedures, to do things that were not necessary before. If I have to do it this way, I will go to another program.

I've been using it since version 4 so I'm well used to it now. I have done really complex stuff with Ares so I'm happy. I'm truly sorry your having issues.

Zooming and panning is very easy to use once you get used to it. You will have all the old versions in the ProrgamData folder under Labcenter so you can go back.
