Need a little help translating this part#. I'm pretty sure this an Analog/Digital Converter (ADC), and I'm also pretty sure it's made by Linear Technologies/Analog Devices, but the next two lines I'm lost. I have hundreds of these components (not sure which are bad/good) and the second line is not always the same, but the third line does seem to be the same. I'm trying to ascertain how to convert this info into a legitimate part# for reorder. Thank you in advance for any help.
