complex signals

hello i would like to ask how to transmit a complex signal exp^{I*omega*T}, I=sqrt(-1), to a microcontroller connected to usb. thanks very much.
 
it needs to be fed into a DAC first and sampled.
 
If you setup a spreadsheet with the appropriate equation, you can use VBA or java to convert to a dataset you can put in a source file.
