please my rechargeable table touchlght is oning while am changing it, but I have changed the capacitor 50v 100uf afer it blown out, and I also changed a resistor which is closer to the charging LED.
what could be the reason please?

If you pass AC to an electrolytic capacitor or provide it with too much voltage, it can kill the capacitor. It would be a good place to start looking.
