please my rechargeable table touchlght is oning while am changing it, but I have changed the capacitor 50v 100uf afer it blown out, and I also changed a resistor which is closer to the charging LED.
what could be the reason please?

Check your MB10 bridge rectifier hasn't died and is passing AC through to your smoothing capacitor.

So if it's dead , it may likely be the reason, right

If you pass AC to an electrolytic capacitor or provide it with too much voltage, it can kill the capacitor. It would be a good place to start looking.

The vast majority of failed components show no visible signs at all.

Why would you expect visible signs? - this is why fault finding and repairs requires a high level of skill, anyone can spot the occasional burnt component. Very often a burnt component is caused by multiple other component failures, and just replacing the burnt component won't fix it.

I don't have the circuit of this touchlght. But what I wanted to know was, which component first received AC, and which was the second and the third and the fourth till the end.
