Yes, it's called 'dis-assembly', my programmer software WinPicProg includes a dis-assembler, and even MPLAB has a simple one built-in (apparently?).

Electrix Member Jun 14, 2006 #3 Yes, Dis-assembly .. found that in Oshon Software, the one I'm using. MPLAB though has some problems... They have a Disassembler Listing in the View Menu .. but it does 'nothing' on the .hex file, that I feed it. (strange ?)
