CMOS Inverter Simulation using SPICE

Once i build the inverter circuit and simulate using SPICE tool, i can plot the I-V characteristic...Is there any possibility to change the built in drain current expression..[for eg :instead of Id= 0.5K(vgs-vth)^2 to Id=0.5K(vgs-vth)^3] ?

Most SPICE programs allow you to change the numbers on a part or to make a new part. (most people do not know enough to do it right)
Which SPICE are you using?

I m working on both PSPICE and LTSPICE..May i know how to write new expression for drain current and simulate the inverter circuit?
