Cleaning up the signal before it hits the PIC (Scope Screenshot)

Below is the screenshot from the scope. It is what came from the Fuel Injector from a motorcycle. What is the best way to prep that for a digital high/low for a counter on my PIC?

A fuel injector signal will NOT be "noisy" like this. You are probably hooked up wrong. You may have the digital scope set on the wrong timescale, or using the wrong ground.
