CLC Filter design - Pi filter design

Hi,

I have some pi filter in our existing product.

Just I want to know how to calculate the cut-off frequency?

I have attached the filter circuit for your ref.

Can anyone please explain about CLC filter design
plz provide necessary links or pdfs for all filter design.
Can we calulate the cut off frequency if the inductor and resistor values are known....

What are the source and load impedances? Need those to calculate the cut-off frequency.
