Boncuk New Member Nov 22, 2011 #7 Besides the microphone connection the trigger input pin of the timer IC should always "see" a potential. If you use R1 and D1 as in the attached circuit schematic the circuit should work. Also 470Ω for a current limiting resistor is a bit high of value making the LED very dim.
