In ethanol extraction using fraction distillation process, a liquid mixture is heat at 93 °C constant temperature to allow evaporation of ethanol content from the mixture. Design a temperature measurement system whose data will allow the control of the temperature under considerations.

If you look up "stills" you will find that most of them measure temperature at several locations in the process stream. You need to clarify whether you only want to measure and control the "pot" temperature or several other temperatures to ensure effective distillation.
