I bought a toy piano earlier this day and took it to my workshop to see if it worked, inserted 4 AAs and... absolutely nothing.
I then opened it and examined the PCB at the top, the COB microcontroller was missing, no epoxy no die.
The strange arrangement of the bond pads immediately caught my attention, it appears to be 8 pin.
The right side of the PCB says “LFPCB.net” (very unprofessional)
Is there any replacement?
Maybe an Attiny
