what will happen if i charge a 12v sealed lead acid battery with more than 15v (probably like by 35v) at bulk charging or absorption charging stage? is there a limit on the charging voltage and current for lead acid battery?

Yes if you don't want to see the battery explode.

What is the part number of your battery? What writing is on the battery?

Here is a battery curve where the voltage is limited to 13.5V and 11.5A.
Note; when the battery is low the current is the limiting factor. Then when the voltage reaches 13.5 the voltage is the limiting factor and the current drops back.
This battery is for a riding lawn mower or huge flashlight.
