Charger IC Chip problem on acer

Hi a customer brought me an acer aspire 8920g not power on so i disassemble it and i find that the ic chip was burned i need to replace it the problem is that the the chip (BQ24745) exist but all they have 28 pins and mine has 32! and i can't find it anywhere i anyone knows if there is similar ic to replace it????
