Charger for Ni-MH battery 7000mAh

Have you some ideas for a charging circut suitable for this pack:

pack voltage 6V (no. 5 Ni-MH 1,2V - 7000mAh - "D" cell GP model 700DHC)

The charge rate should be be:

standard 700 mA (0.1C) x 14 hr (DV= 0-5mV/cell - Timer cutoff 105% n.i.)

Fast Charge 3500mA (0.5C) x about 2.1 hr (Temp. cutoff=40-50 C degr - dT/dt=0,8 C degr/min)
