Good day everyone,
I am a TOTALLY NOOB in electronics.
I only know is soldering wires, BTW I am a programmer/web developer.
I haven't attended any electronics class.
Please be patient with me.

I want to enhance my knowledge in programming by developing some devices or even robotics.
My first project want to do is Cellphone Controlled Door Lock, maybe I am planning to use a Bluetooth or a cable for emergency unlocking.
Maybe this is a very hard project but I'm serious w/ it.

I was inspired to do this project because of a thief break into my neighbor's house.

Thanks for all of your help :)

I don't like that, it is not feasible.
What if you are unable to send SMS?

I am thinking of other idea than sending sms.
Maybe it is ok to send through bluetooth but it can be hack, I want to create a device that is more secure. ;)

Don't think that it's quite what you're looking but might help:

dear espiya...
Did you get any extra information in your projects?
IF yes how did you transmit the bluetooth and set the receiver in the padlock?
Thank you..

U could use a T28 also. Friend of mine bought one for 8$ (flea market).
