Is this another duplicate thread here or is this another website with the same question that does not say if you want to indicate temperature or voltage of the battery?
Maxim IC has at least two ICs that do it.
Nearly every other IC manufacturer has ICs that do it.
Did you look at the datasheets of the ICs and go to www.batteryuniversity.com to learn how to make the circuit perform like the ICs do?
