hi I use 16f628 in capture mode ,I simulate the programme with pic simulator ide and it work good ,I try to disable ccp interrupt by clearing
ccp1ie in bank 1 but the programme still make capture interupt and seting
ccp1if while the ccp1ie cleared . please some body tell me why

The ccp1if bit will still get set but won't fire an interrupt. However, if you have a different interrupt running that will fire and you ISR will see ccp1if set and execute the code. You need to check both ccp1if and ccp1ie in your ISR to make sure the ccp module was responsible for the interrupt.
