i have a 100 uf elect cap hooked up to a breadboard with 4v a pnp transistor a 10k res and a 1 k res the feed goes to the emitor on the transistor to the pos of the cap the neg on the cap hooks to a 1 k and 10 k res y am i loosing voltage slowly on the neg side of the cap when i turn the circuit on
