Capacitive coupling due to parasitic capacitance.

Hey,

I split the "Total Circuit" into
- Dc circuit
- Ac circuit

And then I wrote the final vOUT of the total circuit:
vOUT(t) = VCC + {V(phazor)}(t)

Is this analysis correct please?
