Yea, i have a cap card and have been using it pretty well except i can never get any sound on it. Also, i got a new computer but i lost the discs that have the application it works on. Can i just use sony vegas 8 to capture and recordI already use it for editing.
Vegas has a free trial download that works for 30 days - download it and give it a shot. Maybe it's "twain" compliant or something with the capture card. I had a microscope I lost the driver for, but a couple of my other programs could read it anyway - maybe your thing is like that.
