Can you explain what this circuit does?

Can you explain this circuit and what each component is doing ?I removed some resistors and a 24v relay tried cleaning without ruining the pathways , r1 and r1 are 87k .25w or .5w, r3 and r4 are 68k 3,4,or 5w

No schematic but it looks to me like it's converting 1 AC input to 2 DC out puts

I noticed a bridge rectifier is this converting ac to dc ?

A DB106 rectifier is a 800V PIV, 1A rectifier bridge. Its purpose it to rectify AC into pulsating DC, which is filtered by capacitors to provide a fairly steady DC volatge.
