Here is the circuit. This is a "two channel flasher" which lightens up one led after the other, in a cycle.
What I don't understand is, how does the interconnection of the transistors work? As in, how do they provide feedback to each other's base? Is this the root of the cycling behavior or does it have to do with the capacitors?
Basically ... how can you pulse a constant feed dc line without using a timer IC with this setup?
