Can i use two I2C device in 16F877A?

You seem to have a mixture of software and hardware I²C. You need to choose which you are using and stick with it.

There is example code in the C18 Lib help file.

what can i guess from your reply that i should remove scl low and scl high from my code.

i am using mssp module on pic18f8722.
