can i build my own pic programmer if m using flowcode ??

hello

i am new to pic ...
and i have just started generating codes ....at least trying !!!

and i have finally got my code i want for the pic 16f84a

==> i need to get my compiler ....

would a max232 chip connected to the pic and the computer do the job

or i need to have a special type of programmers to program the pic using flowcode ???????

Hi,

You need a proper programmer, something like a Microchip Pickit2 or Pickit3, your can build your own clone but much better to buy one.
