Can anyone identify this connector?

If you look carefully at the spec sheet you will see that those are not four coax connections, but rather large single conductor power contacts rated at either 20 or 40 amps, not RF type coax connector.

These are custom made military and commerical type connectors made by the normal connector companies on a special order basic for the equipment manufacture. Most likely you will not be able to find a place to purchace a new one. Searching for compatable connectors from surplus RF equipment is maybe possible but difficult for sure. Most practical solution if space permits is to drill holes and install more standard connectors that you can obtain, then rerun the wires from the original connector to the new ones.

you can buy them from RS components, where you specify either coax or big power terminals, as you buy the shell, and populate it as you see fit.
