Can anyone help me with KT3170????

I am trying to make Tele Remote control using IC KT3170 but it's not working properly.. Can anyone please suggest me how to find out the fault in circuit??? I am attatching the circuit here....... please let me know how to get this 10KHz. oscillator??? And exact connections of 2 C/O Relay.. And if there are any changes to be made please let me know......

here is the 100KHz-oscillator circuit. To calibrate to exactly 100KHz use 500R variable resistor instead of fixed R1.

Try that first and come back if the circuit won't work.

Sorry, just discovered my reading error. For 10KHz use resistors as labelled and for C1 use 10nF.
