Hi.
How would you make the simplest equivalent circuit of a buzzing relay, by using a transistor ? Should work with 3V.

A-------------------relay coil--------------C----NC-------------------(+)3Volt(-)-------------------------B

When A contacts B, the normally closed contacts chatter.

Instead of the relay; how to do it solid state ? Anything between 100 Hz and 1000Hz is fine.

A blocking oscillator one transistor and a small transformer.
A unijunction transistor
A single transistor RC oscillator (Wein Bridge or other topology)
A two transistor multivibrator
A 555
