where can i get cheap electronic components in the uk. I looking for companies that resell components produced by Maxim

hello, i am new to electrontics. but i did a search on google and found a site that may help you **broken link removed** when it opens the 2ed and 3rd link may help you. Mostly the 2ed i think. I do not know how good or cheep they are but you have to call there number or something. like i said before i am new to electrontics. hopefully this is better then nothing.[/url]

hmm Maxim/Dallas usually ships samples for free, you could ask for about 8 types of components, 2 of each. The usually ship very fast. An alternative source is Farnell (argh! they are a bit expensive) but they do stock most of the components, www.farnell.com

They have maxim stuff, and you can usually buy small quantities.
