Bunched white lines top of screen Hitachi tv

This had a burned spot on the board, replaced nearby capacitor 220uf 50v near area, resistors & diodes checked out good in circuit. Dont know which IC is verticle as board not labeled, they are 621000, Funai 629A101
& Sony 623B42G. Model # 19VR7B, chassis B7700VA. Manufactured in Malaysia 1996. (they are horizontal lines 1/4 area of screen.)
