Hi friends. i'm new to this forum. i want to create rf transmitter and receiver for rf communication. but i dont know about that desing. can anyone help me to design from beginning. thank you

Hello,
You can buy 355mhz module with HT12e/D or similar frequency.
after that i will tell the whole procedure.
