Brushless Motor control driver

Hello and thanks always

I am going to implement a new project dealing with brushless motors. I am actively learning about this.
In my particular case I am going to be using the following driver

Now my question is, are these pins 5V?? or 24V?? (The motor to be used is 24V)
(I have other questions but first I would appreciate this)

EDIT: I just realize that they are open collectors... so something like the SN7407N would work???

Also are the other things Schmitt Triggers???

Yes, they're inverting Schmitt-trigger gates (e.g. CD40106).

As other forum, contact closure can also be used.
