Book for design PCB

What about PCB design specifically? It's probably easiest if you just google a bunch of articles on how traces should be arranged on PCBs for (like power traces, signal traces, noise, bypassing) and practice how to use your PCB CAD software.

Your local electronics parts retailer ( Active Components, Intek, Source by Circuit City, Cardinal Electronics) should carry books about this subject. A bookstore can help you also. Googling "PCB Design" may be your best bet.
