fractional (1/20th) HP Series 400 control motor, type NSH-33, 115vdc

has a blue plastic shrouded connector (6 pins) with what I'll assume is an external ground terminal/wire.

just want to know how to connect it to power. I already have a rectifier that will turn line voltage into dc. I have pictures, but it's black, has a base (on the side) and has a weird attachment on the end of the shaft like a cup (possibly for coupling purposes, but I dunno. It could have been a custom attachment, makes me think of a lathe chuck, but that's probably a stretch). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
