Bluetooth

Can anyone please help me on my project. I need to send a message from my cellular phone to a computer(laptop)via bluetooth and then the computer must reply to my phone. All i know is i have to program it but i do not know where to start. Any suggestions or opinions will be appreciated. God Bless!

If this was linux it would be easy. There is a project called "gammu" that can interface with the phone

All that is needed then is a CRON job that executes "gammu's" interigate SMS function. If a new SMS is there, then send one back

it is very simple is BASH scripting with a CRON job - for windows, alot harder.
