Rahul, do you really think anyone would respond favourably to your 'request'?

The grammer apart, your message couldnt be coarser. On the practical side, if you need technical help/advice, you'll have to break up your requirement into more specific questions.

Here's one for you. Why don't you create a device that can translate any verbal language. When two people who speak different languages want to talk, they can synchronize their translating devices and from that point on the two devices would communicate automatically. When one person speaks, their device would take in the sound waves via a microphone, encode them, and then send the code to the other person's device. This person's device could then translate the code into the other language and either send it to an earpiece or display it as text. You could make each device adapt to the person who owns it, i guess in a similar way to how phones do it now.

Has anyone heard of anything like this that's gotten off the ground yet?

Sounds like near-perfect voice recognition combined with AI to me. But, seriously, why make something that already exists in nature? Nature can design things much better than we can! Catch a babblefish!
