....which,I say as a doctor, is downright stupid of you!
You have no right to neglect or let yourself down.....
You have a duty: for the betterment of yourself.

I do have a right to point this out to you.

Please see your doctor, asap :!:

The phrase "In the end" is appropriate for more than one reason. Go visit the doctor; who knows, you may even enjoy the exam. It takes just a few moments, and isnt ass uncomfortable ass it sounds. Your piece of mind will be worth it. At least do a couple of toe touchers in front of the mirror and sneak a peak. Hemorrhoids that bad are probably visually obvious. ugh....

Man, I seriously have problems believing you wouldn't put up with the (emabrrasment? is that it), or taste of Barium to find out whether you have 6 months, or 25+ years left, or whether they can prevent the 6 month option from occuring. They wouldn't even "stick a finger in your butt", it would almost certainly be a referral to a specialist, and they would generally use a proctoscope. If you live to an old age, it's a standard checkup item, so if old age is what your'e after, give it a go.

The doctor is there to help you, but you need to ask for the help first.....

It's definitely not tasteless!

In the end I decided that I don't want to visit the doctor. I would not want to have the knowledge that I have cancer and so I am not going to bother as I most likely have piles.
Wow you really do have a problem, if you don't like your current doctor then see another, have you tried any of the off the shelf treatments for piles?

If they haven't worked then see the doctor.
