I'm going to use the MINI-MAX/51-C2* microcontroller in the blind audio system but i never learn about this microcontroller.can i change by using PIC16f877a instead of MINI-MAX/51-C2*?

PICs are general purpose micro controllers, the Minimax unit are single board computers with many external peripherals. You may be able to find a PIC module that meets your needs, not not a PIC alone.

Great to have your replied.Sorry,i'm not very clear about what's the different between the minimax and PIC alone?and what is PIC module can meet my needs but not PIC alone?you mean with the Minimax device i dont need to install other external peripherals but with PIC i still have to but other devices and combine them together?

Simply get the prototype project from one of the team11 members and pass it off as your own.
Don't you realise 4 people spent months creating this project.
Why re-invent the wheel.
If your electronics is as good as your English, you don't have a chance.
This is really over your head.

But my lecturer insist want me to take the challenge!i proposed many title to him and he wanted me to do this but actually he just the one to approve my proposal and never guide me how to do the project.I hope i can change another title or supervisor but it's too late.and everyone is starting to build their hardware.and i'm still afraid of how to start it.

About the only thing you will be able to do is use the HM2007 speech recognition chip to identify words or phrases of about 1.92 seconds in length. This give a recognition vocabulary of 20. From this you will be able to turn on say one of 4 motors or other items to help a blind person.
See my site for
HM2007 speech recognition module

Here is a project using the HM2007:
