Blacklight for PCBs

I have understood that blacklights are UV-light sources, so can one use a blacklight to make PBCs (don't know what it's called but the part when you exposure the PCB to UV light)
 
The "blacklight blue" not harmful for eyes. For (positive20) PCB exposition need different wawelength (light), and this damaged the eyes.
 
Sorry to contradict you EXO... :D , but I routinely use 2-18" F15T8/350BL blacklight bulbs to expose my positive MG Chemicals boards. Just 4 minutes @ 9" with excellent results.
